This route is one full of contrasts and we love it.
Pass through the docks and out under the soaring Clifton Suspension Bridge along a traffic free path surrounded by the dramatic glory of the Avon Gorge. Turn into the secluded valley, Paradise Bottom, and travel up towards the arboretum and high plateau woodlands. Travel over the bridge and back through Georgian Clifton to the City Docks. Some quiet side roads, (Clifton) but mostly on paths ( some bumpy and muddy) away from cars. Quite hilly. Grading... medium. Aprox. 10 miles
